Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it; no damage to the item or packaging.
  • The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 business days of receiving your order.
  • We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will assess the returned goods to determine eligibility for a refund.
  • Items sent back to us that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
  • If the returned item meets the above criteria, we will refund you for the purchase price of the item, less any shipping costs incurred when the purchase was made.
  • You should expect your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the return shipping company. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This timeframe allows for transit for us to receive your return from the shipping company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  • Damaged or Faulty items: We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty or damaged product.  Please email with photographic evidence and we will be in touch with you within 1 to 2 business days.

Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.  Please allow 1 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
